FAQs

1. ORDER PLACEMENT

A. Only checkout items if 1000% sure. Cancellations are strictly not allowed.

B. Make sure that all necessary fields are filled out accurately and please review the information provided before checking out. This is to minimize errors and ensure ease of transaction.

C. An order confirmation email with invoice will be automatically sent to the buyer’s email address provided together with the instructions for payment.
2. PAYMENT
A. La La Love accepts payments through the following modes: GCash, BDO, Unionbank

Note: All transaction fees must be sent in addition to the balance to be paid (e.g.: 2% transaction fee for over-the-counter GCash payments)

B. Please also take note that the DOP for each batch is the last Friday of the month.

C. If ordering the following products: t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and bucket hats, at least 50% of the total amount has to be paid by the DOP and the remaining balance must be settled by the items’ arrival. Buyers will be given one week to complete their payment. Items won’t be shipped out in the case of incomplete payment.

D. Upon paying, fill out the payment form for tracking purposes. Failure to do so will reflect unpaid status.

E. Failure to comply with La La Love’s payment terms and conditions will result in automatic cancellation of orders and the buyer will be added to the shop’s blacklist.

3. PRODUCTION TIMELINE
A. All items are for pre-order with 1-3 weeks lead time after the DOP. Buyers should be given updates upon completed production of each batches’ products.

B. After the production, please give the admins in charge 1-2 weeks to sort, pack, and send out your items.

C. All buyers will be updated of their order status via social media and email. The masterlist will also be regularly updated.

D. All timelines indicated may be changed or adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances that affected production, sorting, and ship-out process.

4. DELIVERY
A. La La Love will be sending out items through the following couriers: Gogo Xpress, Shopee checkout (with separate Terms and Conditions), and same day delivery services.

B. La La Love will be following the following shipment schedule:

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays - Gogo Xpress and Shopee checkout
Weekends - Same day deliveries

Note: There may be changes in ship-out schedules depending on the admin-in-charge’s availability.

5. REFUNDS
A. In the event that the parcel is lost in transit, La La Love will not be liable and this will not be grounds for refund.

B. If they receive a damaged item, the buyer must send La La Love a clear video of unboxing the item starting from opening the parcel. Only then will the admins deliberate if you will be refunded or not.
